Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before processing. Customers are responsible for ensuring all information supplied at checkout, including their name, email and delivery address, is accurate. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel or amend it.
Refunds, Returns & Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or where a customer no longer wants an item. Certain products may also be unable to be returned once opened or where hygiene, safety or product-integrity requirements apply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law, please contact us so the matter can be assessed.
Delivery & Tracking
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available. Delivery estimates are estimates only and delays caused by postal or courier services may occur outside our control.
Customers should contact us promptly if an order appears lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered so that we can investigate with the carrier.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there is an issue with an order or payment, please contact GGU Wellness™ first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund. We may provide the payment provider with relevant records relating to the transaction, including order information, communications, applicable policies, tracking and delivery information, where appropriate.
