GGU Wellness™ Refund & Returns Policy

Change of Mind

Please choose your products carefully. GGU Wellness™ does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or store credit for change of mind, incorrect selection, no longer wanting an item, or circumstances where a customer has simply changed their mind after purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact GGU Wellness™ promptly after delivery and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, GGU Wellness™ will provide the appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery & Tracking

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are correct. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where applicable. Delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside our direct control; however, we will assist with legitimate delivery enquiries where possible.

Unauthorised Payment Disputes

If you do not recognise a transaction or believe there is an issue with an order or payment, please contact GGU Wellness™ before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Payment disputes or chargebacks do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund. GGU Wellness™ may provide the payment provider or financial institution with relevant transaction, order, delivery and customer communication records when responding to a dispute.
